Meta Knew of Panama Dirty Politics Online

Meta or Facebook learned that a network of accounts was distributing false and manipulated information in a dirty campaign against two presidential candidates in Panama, possibly using artificial intelligence.  Meta knew about a disinformation network against Lombana and Roux on their networks but did not deactivate it.
