Two border patrol staff killed, two injured by falling tree.

Two members of The National Border Service (Senfront)  on a migrant protection mission were killed and two hospitalized  on Saturday, January 18 when a giant tree fell on their patrol headquarters in the community of “Come Gallina”.in  Darien

The dead victims were: Corporal Carlos Gutiérrez (paramedic), and Corporal Alejandro Peña. The two injured men are reported in stable condition.
